ASHLAND MIDDLE SCHOOL CLASSROOMS

The Ashland Middle School Classrooms consist of a three story, 51,300 square foot classroom building that includes 18 classrooms, practice rooms for band, orchestra, drama and music and a commons area with a performing stage. The exterior walls were constructed of textured concrete block and tilt-up concrete panels and were enclosed with a combination of standing seam metal panels and single ply roof membrane. The classroom has a concession booth that was designed to serve assemblies and performances in the Commons area. It could also facilitate as a kitchen for small group cooking classes. This project was done in collaboration with Sienna Architecture Company.
